The S403-II small softgel capsule machine is a model produced by Beijing Summit Pharmatech Co., Ltd. for small-scale soft capsule production or laboratory small-batch soft capsule production. This type of soft capsule machine has a compact structure, occupies a small area, and is easy to operate. Although this machine is small, its structure and functions are basically the same as the current mainstream large softgel encapsulation machines. For example, it still retains the clutch device to drive the medicine pump, so this model can be used for operator training. Once the operator is familiar with this model, they can directly operate large softgel encapsulation machines. The S403-II model is an upgraded model with multiple improvements based on the S403. The medicine pump assembly of the S403-II soft capsule machine uses an aluminum alloy base, which is lighter, nicer looking, and easier to clean compared to the original cast iron base, meeting GMP requirements. After the upgrade of the capsule stripper structure, assembly and maintenance are simpler, extending the service life. This machine has also been partially upgraded to be suitable for testing and small-scale production of plant-based soft capsules.
