S100-II servo controlled softgel machine was designed by Beijing Summit Pharmatech Co.,Ltd to meet the requirement for small and medium scale softgel manufacturing. It is also chosen by customers to do softgel production experiments.
This model features semi-automatic die roll alignment, automatic injeciton timing, automatic fill weight dosing, automatic gelatin ribbon thickness adjustment. The S100-II servo softgel encapsulation machine is also optimized for both animal gelatin and non-animal plant based gels (animal-free gel) .
