The TD-4 type soft capsule dryer adopts a structure with short-sized rolling cage, high speed, and large air volume. Through the combined effect of high rolling cage speed and large air volume, the capsules can fully come into contact with the flowing air in the rolling cage, forming a true fluidized bed drying, which results in high efficiency for drying soft capsules. This dryer uses a single reduction motor to simultaneously drive multiple sections of drying cages. Unlike conventional soft capsule cage dryers, all drying cages in this type of dryer rotate in the same direction at high speed throughout the drying process. By controlling the opening and closing of the pneumatic fan blade doors, the discharge of soft capsules is controlled. A prominent feature of this dryer is that each section of the cage is lightweight, and the empty cage can be easily removed or replaced by the operator with one hand.
